Hannah Bernstein, M.Ed., LBA, BCBA

I have specialized experience working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, including those navigating Autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and general behavioral challenges. My passion is helping my clients uncover what’s most important to them, identifying barriers to their progress, and aligning their actions with their values to create meaningful, lasting growth.

Everyone deserves the chance to dream big, no matter their challenges. My mission is to support you in reconnecting with those dreams and taking the steps to achieve them.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 31 years old, an experience that profoundly shaped how I view myself and the work I do.

Growing up, I often felt misunderstood—like I was playing a game without knowing the rules. My late diagnosis brought clarity and empowered me to embrace my unique strengths while navigating the challenges of living in a neurotypical world. Looking back, I’m deeply grateful for the people who took the time to truly understand how my brain worked and what I needed to succeed.

This journey drives my commitment to supporting others who may feel unseen or misunderstood. At Rooted Resilience, I strive to provide compassionate, individualized care that not only helps clients reach their goals but also celebrates the diverse ways we think, learn, and grow.
