I have specialized experience working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, including those navigating Autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and general behavioral challenges. My passion is helping my clients uncover what’s most important to them, identifying barriers to their progress, and aligning their actions with their values to create meaningful, lasting growth.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 31 years old, an experience that profoundly shaped how I view myself and the work I do.
Growing up, I often felt misunderstood—like I was playing a game without knowing the rules. My late diagnosis brought clarity and empowered me to embrace my unique strengths while navigating the challenges of living in a neurotypical world. Looking back, I’m deeply grateful for the people who took the time to truly understand how my brain worked and what I needed to succeed.
This journey drives my commitment to supporting others who may feel unseen or misunderstood. At Rooted Resilience, I strive to provide compassionate, individualized care that not only helps clients reach their goals but also celebrates the diverse ways we think, learn, and grow.
I’m a proud military spouse who finds strength and inspiration in our close-knit community.
I’m a devoted dog mom to our beloved dog, Duke—he’s my daily dose of joy and motivation.
I’m a lover of books and all things outdoors, from hiking to camping and everything in between.
I find mindfulness in the little things—whether it’s making a calming cup of tea, practicing breathwork, doing yoga, taking a walk in nature, or journaling.
I’m passionate about promoting inclusivity and empowering individuals to embrace their unique strengths.
